5DollarDreamHome Details: By timely entering in this online promotion, you will be assigned a Ticket and Ticket Number(s), through the automated number pick function on 5DollarDreamHome.com into Giveaway No. 501. Each Ticket and corresponding assigned Ticket Number(s) will be fully eligible to win one of five prizes from the 5DollarDreamHome Giveaway No. 501 [drawing held at 05:00, UTC, 01 May 2026. Five tickets will be randomly selected by the 5DollarDreamHome automated ticket draw system. The Grand Prize, First Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize and Fourth Prize will be assigned to the first five tickets drawn in chronological order. The Grand Prize will be assigned to the first drawn Ticket Number; the First Prize will be assigned to the second drawn Ticket Number; the Second Prize will be assigned to the third drawn Ticket Number; the Third Prize will be assigned to the fourth drawn Ticket Number; the Fourth Prize will be assigned to the fifth drawn Ticket Number.
Cash Prize(s) are paid as follows: A single lump-sum payment electronically transferred to and deposited in your designated pre-existing personal bank account held in an incorporated bank or credit union located in a non-sanctioned, non-embargoed country as defined by the U.S. Department of the Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control. The foreign exchange rate for the U.S. dollar (USD) will be defined by the mid-market rate on the date of transfer.
Real Estate Prize(s) are transferred/conveyed as follows: Mutually agreed, notarized and signed Real Estate Purchase and Sale agreement evidencing a $5.00 USD sales price. Freehold Title Deed*, with seller/previous owner interest released. All standard transfer fees paid by seller.
*Note: Laws governing land ownership may automatically restrict the Grand Prize Winner’s ownership rights to Leasehold Title wherein ownership rights over land are granted by the national government for a specified period, typically 99 years.
5DollarDreamHome Giveaway No. 501 is limited to non-sanctioned persons and residents who are physically located and residing in a non-embargoed country, excluding the country of Kenya.
All persons who are physically located in the country Kenya, or with intent to debit participatory funds from a bank, credit union, Savings and Credit Cooperative Organization (Sacco), Mobile Money or Fintech account domiciled in the country Kenya are hereby excluded from participation in this Promotion and Giveaway No. 501.

All entries received from this Promotion by the entry deadline stated in these Official Rules will be eligible for all Giveaways offered herein. You will win a prize promoted in this Promotion if you submit a timely entry from this Promotion and it is selected as the winning number in our random drawing. Unless otherwise specified, if the winning Participant from a Giveaway has not claimed the prize assigned to their Ticket Number by 14 days following Giveaway Draw Date, the minimum registered prize amount alone is guaranteed to be awarded to an alternate winner by second chance random drawing among eligible entries at giveaway end. In the event that the winning Ticket Number from a winning promotion is duplicated, there will be a random drawing among such duplicated numbers to determine a winner. In case of a dispute, winning entry will be deemed made by the holder of an established e-mail account associated with the entry.
Winners will be notified by e-mail. Winners must be fully registered with 5DollarDreamHome.com and contact information must be up-to-date and accurate for prize to be awarded. Prize award date(s) promoted may be adjusted by up 14 days to accommodate travel arrangements and scheduling conflicts. Entrant named on winning entry will be considered the winner. Award subject to verification of identity and eligibility. Winner must be located and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility for prize to be paid. Entering this prize shall, unless prohibited by law, constitute a grant to 5DollarDreamHome LLC by You of the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide, in any media now known or hereafter discovered, at any time, Your name, picture, voice, likeness, biographical information, the amount of any prize and the Giveaway from which it was won and/or any quotation, statement, or image, for promotional purposes without additional compensation and without additional consent.

Giveaways may be ended early upon sale of maximum number of available tickets, and if so, all eligible entries will be included and the winner selection method will not change. Taxes are winner’s responsibility. Principals and employees of 5DollarDreamHome LLC, their affiliates and subsidiaries, their giveaway and contest processors, their immediate families and the 5DollarDreamHome Committee are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws apply.
